Attio, the next-generation CRM platform built for modern and data-driven teams, has announced the appointment of Philip Beevers as Vice President of Engineering. This follows a global executive search led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal at Faraday Partners, in collaboration with Nicolas Sharp, CEO, Alexander Christie, CTO and Don Fogarty, Head of Talent at Attio.
Philip joins Attio with over two decades of engineering leadership across some of the world’s most innovative technology companies. He most recently served as SVP of Engineering at Snyk, where he oversaw teams responsible for the company’s flagship products, directly powering the majority of its revenue. Prior to this, he was CTO at Evroc, helping to shape the strategy of Europe’s hyperscale cloud initiative.
Earlier in his career, Philip spent nine years at Google, rising to VP of Engineering and leading global teams of more than 1,000 engineers across Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Serverless, and Site Reliability Engineering. His experience scaling complex infrastructure while fostering high-performance, collaborative engineering cultures makes him uniquely equipped to help Attio accelerate product innovation and global expansion.
Commenting on his first two weeks, Philip said:
...I'm blown away by the quality of the team and of the engineering we're doing here. We're solving genuinely difficult technical problems, all in the name of a first-class user experience, and it's exciting to be a part of it - my jaw dropped (in a good way!) several times during the team's demo session yesterday.”

At Attio, Philip reports directly to Alexander. A week into his role, Attio raised $52M in Series B funding led by Google Ventures with participation from Balderton Capital, Redpoint Ventures, 01 Advisors and Point Nine Capital. Earlier investors include Headline VC.
The assignment was led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal at Faraday Partners.
