EdgeTier, the AI customer service platform transforming contact centre performance, is delighted to announce the appointment of John O’Keeffe as Vice President of Global Sales. This successful leadership hire was a collaboration between Faraday Partners and Bart Lehane, Founder & CCO and Katie Cormier, Head of People at EdgeTier, led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner and Jack Mahoney, Principal at Faraday Partners.

In this new role, John will report directly to Bart and act as a critical member of the EdgeTier leadership team, accounting for all aspects of the sales organisation at EdgeTier with a focus on new revenue as the company continues on its path of hyper-growth. John brings over two decades of experience leading high-performing sales organisations at globally recognised SaaS and technology companies, including Salesforce, Nitro, Looker (acquired by Google Cloud), and most recently, TOPdesk. 

At Looker, John served as VP EMEA, where he was instrumental in scaling the EMEA sales function and building out key market operations across the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics. Prior to that, he led the EMEA team at Nitro, growing the region from a single individual to a 50+ person team.
