Jenny Collins

Jenny is Head of Talent at Faraday Partners, leading internal growth strategy, enhancing internal capabilities, and scaling its success. With over 20 years’ experience optimising people, processes, and performance, she has helped shape high-performance cultures across big tech, scale-ups, and her own consultancy and investment syndicate.

Previously, she was Chief Talent Officer at Mayfair Equity Partners, where she established the firm’s first people function, delivering strategic HR, leadership development, and cultural transformation. At Google, she led A.I. Research hiring across EMEA and launched new offices from Amsterdam to Accra.

Jenny holds a BA Hons in European Politics, Philosophy & Economics, completed executive education in Finance for Entrepreneurs at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, and is pursuing a Level 7 CIPD Diploma in Strategic People Management.
