Camille Fauran

Camille is a Partner at Faraday Partners, based in Paris. She focuses on leadership hiring for high-growth technology companies and their investors, bringing the perspective of an operator who has scaled a business from the ground up.

Prior to joining Faraday, Camille spent over eight years at Welcome to the Jungle, where she joined as one of the very first employees and most recently served as COO. She helped scale the company from its early days to ~€35M ARR and 300 employees, building and managing leadership teams, leading acquisitions, and working closely with the CEO and investors to drive growth.

Earlier in her career, Camille worked in strategy consulting within the financial services sector, where she supported senior executives of large corporations in the implementation of strategic transformation projects.Certified in Hogan Assessments, Camille also brings deep expertise in evaluating leadership profiles, helping boards and founders better understand executive dynamics and make informed hiring decisions.

Camille holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON business school.
