Oyster, a leader in global employment solutions, has appointed Andrea Di Natale as Senior Director, Global Operations. Andrea brings over a decade of experience in operations and strategy, having held significant roles in both small and large tech companies. His career highlights include Director of Operations and Strategy at Booking.com and COO, Markets at Jumia. Andrea’s earlier career was spent at McKinsey in their Palo Alto office. 

Andrea has a proven track record in building scalable organisations, driving top-line growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. His strategic vision and operational expertise will be pivotal as Oyster continues to expand its global reach.
