Oyster, a leading global employment platform, has appointed Lowell Coleman as Vice President, Business Unit Operations. Lowell brings a wealth of experience from his diverse background in business and finance operations across several high-profile companies.

Most recently, Lowell served as Director of Finance Operations at Flexport, where he honed his skills in business operations over a two-year period. Prior to Flexport, he spent three years at Google, initially as a Systems Project Manager and later as Head of Operations for Finance Operations Procure to Pay, where he directed strategy and managed global vendor operations during a period of rapid growth.

Lowell’s career also includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where he advised executive stakeholders on business improvements, and as Global Quality Engineering Manager at National Oilwell Varco, overseeing quality programs for manufacturing sites. He began his career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager, where he was part of a leadership development rotation program.
