We are pleased to announce a new fundraising of 20 million euros led by the American investment fund Sequoia Capital, one of the very first investors of legendary companies such as Apple, Google or Airbnb.

Selling real estate is one of the most stressful times in a person’s life. Fixing the right price, choosing your method of sale, finding a buyer and a trustworthy notary: a very long list of procedures and contacts to manage.

In France, potential sellers go by default to one of the 30,000 real estate agencies present in the territory. However, these historic players are not used to inspiring confidence: their productivity is 40% lower than that of their European counterparts and only 5% of French consumers have a positive image of them.

A temporal reality adds to this complexity: it takes an average of 90 to 100 days to successfully sell your home.

It is from this observation that in 2020, Remy Fabre and Louis Lambert decided to create Zefir.

In 2021, we achieved 200 million euros in transaction volumes. We continue to think big for 2022 with the objective of reaching 1 billion euros in volume through national development, improving our experience and recruiting 150 talents to strengthen our teams.
