Zefir, an category leading French proptech business has announced the appointment of Victor Schieber as Operations Lead. With proven experience in operations, sales, and e-commerce, Victor brings a wealth of expertise in launching and scaling new services and leading growing operations teams.
Victor joins Zefir from ManoMano, where he held multiple key roles, including Sales Director and Operations Director. During his tenure, he successfully launched and scaled the ManoFulfillment service, managed international logistics, and led various teams in business development and account management.
Prior to ManoMano, Victor served as Operations Director at Zalora Group, the largest online fashion retailer in Southeast Asia, where he oversaw customer experience, transport, warehousing, and marketplace operations. His leadership at Zalora contributed to significant growth and operational efficiency.
Victor’s career also includes roles at Louis Vuitton, where he managed supply chain operations across Europe and Asia Pacific, enhancing e-commerce logistics and project management.
Based in Paris, Victor will lead Zefir’s operations, focusing on optimising processes, enhancing service delivery, and driving strategic growth initiatives. His appointment marks a significant step in Zefir’s mission to revolutionise the property market with cutting-edge solutions and exceptional operational leadership.
