Zefir, a leading proptech company, has announced the appointment of Constance Caillaud as Growth Lead (equivalent to VP Growth/Commercial). Constance brings a wealth of experience in business development, growth strategy, and international expansion.
Constance joins Zefir from Luko, where she served as VP of New Business & International. At Luko, she was instrumental in launching new products and expanding into new markets, overseeing growth, product development, operations, and talent acquisition. She successfully managed a team of Country Managers and Business Unit leaders, driving significant international growth.
Prior to that, Constance was Luko’s VP of Growth & New Launches, where she scaled the client base to 200,000 within three years and managed a marketing budget exceeding €10M. She also led a team of over 20, focusing on performance marketing, analytics, brand communication, SEO, CRM, partnerships, and conversion optimisation. Earlier at Luko, as Head of Growth & Operations, she found product-market fit and scaled the client base from 0 to 20,000 within one year.
Constance’s career also includes key roles at Econocom, where she accelerated growth for SaaS subsidiaries, and at Boston Consulting Group, where she served as a consultant. She has a strong background in finance and strategy, having worked with Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners and UBS.
Based in Paris, Constance will lead Zefir’s growth initiatives, focusing on expanding market presence and driving strategic growth. Her appointment aligns with Zefir’s mission to innovate in the property technology sector and deliver exceptional value to its clients.
