Jack is a Principal at Faraday Partners. His work focuses on advising private equity, venture capital, and listed internet and software businesses on a range of talent topics.

Prior to joining Faraday Partners, Jack helped lead Egon Zehnder’s EMEA software practice across 35 offices and the UK TMT research team. Additionally, he led a number of high-profile global searches across functions. Earlier in his career, Jack worked for the Up Group, building out the leadership teams for high-growth technology businesses.

Jack studied Politics & International Relations at the University of Nottingham and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City under a scholarship from Santander, graduating with a first class degree.

Andrew and Faraday Partners have been instrumental in helping me build Oyster from the very start. The ability to build an organisational plan, handpick expert talent for clearly defined needs and then develop the organisation alongside me has made Oyster a more effective proposition and only increased our impact and our valuation.
