Building a company to tackle the challenges of the health system around primary care is a major undertaking – we knew that attracting global talent to Munich would be critical to Avi Medical’s growth. Having developed and articulated the story of Avi Medical, our search strategy focused upon engaging international candidates who had the capabilities to tackle a new market challenge. By bringing in expertise from outside Avi’s sector, but which was nonetheless relevant to Avi’s growth and expansion, our partnership ensured Avi had the resources to build a world-leading company and capture a huge market opportunity.
