With over 20 years of international leadership experience in consulting, telecommunications, and internet sectors, Luis is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success, engagement, and general operations.
Raised in Portugal and fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian, Luis has demonstrated his leadership capabilities across various international markets. His strategic thinking and problem-solving skills have been pivotal in his previous roles, including Vice President Operations at Domestika and Managing Director EMEA at SurveyMonkey.
At Oyster, Luis will be responsible for overseeing customer care and offboarding operations, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and employees worldwide. His role will be critical in supporting Oyster’s mission to simplify global employment and foster economic equality.
