Oyster, a global leader in remote work solutions, has announced the appointment of Emily Zhang as their first Head of Product. Emily brings a wealth of experience in SaaS, payments, AI, and e-commerce from her distinguished career at companies like Carta, eBay, and Bain & Company.
At Carta, Emily directed product development for banking/lending services and payments. Her seven-year tenure at eBay included roles such as Lead Product Manager for New Product Development, focusing on AI, search, and payments, and Senior Product Manager for eBay Motors and Insurance. Earlier Emily worked internationally at Bain following a legal career.
Emily’s expertise spans product management, user experience and strategy, making her an ideal fit for driving Oyster’s product innovation and growth. Her leadership will be pivotal as Oyster continues to enhance its platform and expand its global impact.
