Role Overview

Joining Faraday is an opportunity to work with a new model of talent advisory business. As part of a growing, diverse and international team, you will partner with and advise early stage Founders, helping them to scale their ideas into the next generation of category leaders.                     

Key REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate with a degree at 2.1 or above from a top 20 UK or international university
  • 5+ years professional experience in consulting, change management, human capital, executive search or operational experience in an executive position at a high-growth/innovative company
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong work ethic and agile, proactive problem solver
  • Self-disciplined, ambitious and driven. Tenacious and naturally curious and inquisitive
  • Extremely detail oriented and organised, analytical, data-driven and able to manage multiple projects
  • Creative and resourceful nature with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Polished  communicator who is poised, articulate and knowledgeable and who has the ability to provide exceptional client management 
  • Will have built a impressive reputation in your chosen market with a growing understanding of how to successfully advise Founders, CEOs, Boards and Investors
  • Will bring a growth mindset. Deeply collaborative with a commitment to excellence in everything you do 
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a natural desire to build and sustain relationships both internally and externally. 
  • Experience of mentoring and developing teams 
Key Requirements
  • Own all execution on a search or advisory project
  • Develop initial search strategy and continue to evolve as the search requires
  • Lead and coach the team providing detailed, granular, qualitative research into various companies, sectors and industries in order to identify and map the key organisations and executives in a given ecosystem
  • Lead client management on a week-by-basis – continually developing trust and credibility both internally and internally 
  • Participate in and identify new business opportunities
  • Consistently manage multiple projects and assignments with a proven ability at working to deadlines 
  • Continue to develop a deep understanding of the most innovative growth companies and their business leaders globally 
  • Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all relevant data and information
  • Mentor and help develop junior team members. Play an active role in training and hiring 
  • Own strategic projects aligned to business growth and company development
