Faraday Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Bowker as the new Head of Marketing at Metaview, the AI assistant transforming recruitment by enhancing how organisations capture and utilise data from interviews. This pivotal leadership upgrade resulted from a key partnership between Faraday Partners and Siadhal Magos, Co-Founder and CEO of Metaview, with Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner and Jack Mahoney, Principal at Faraday Partners leading the hiring process.
Working with Thomas, Jack, and the Faraday team was super refreshing for a recruiting experience. They really knew the business inside and out, were direct and transparent about the role, and had my back the whole way. It’s rare to feel that clear and supported during a process like this.”
– Stephanie Bowker, Head of Marketing at Metaview
In her new role, Stephanie will report directly to Siadhal. She will lead all aspects of marketing as Metaview enters its next strategic phase – on a mission to become the AI notetaker and workflow assistant of choice for recruitment teams around the world. Faraday Partners were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They are deeply knowledgeable about executive recruiting for a high-growth business and have invaluable insights on how to build out high-impact GTM leadership structures. Their willingness to challenge, attention to detail, resilience and market knowledge was exceptional.”

At Spendesk, she spearheaded global brand and community growth, expanding the marketing team from 2 to 40 members and scaling operations from Series A to Series C. Most recently, as CMO of Defacto, she has been instrumental in crafting a brand strategy that bridges complex fintech solutions with customer-centric messaging.
