Goodstack, the technology-driven infrastructure that powers global philanthropy by seamlessly connecting nonprofits with the private sector, has appointed Josh Radford as Vice President of Sales, following an executive search by Faraday Partners. This search thrived on the collaboration between the Faraday team (led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner, and Jack Mahoney, Principal at Faraday Partners) and Goodstack’s leadership team (Henry Ludlam, Co-Founder & CEO, Stefan Greer, Co-Founder & CPO, Jack Samler, COO and Richard Olver, Advisory Board Member).

Josh joins Goodstack from Wagestream, where he led the Commercial, Enterprise and Strategic Sales functions across Europe. During his tenure, he implemented key operational upgrades including the rollout of MEDDPICC methodology, creation of a training academy, and establishment of structured career pathways, all of which supported sustained performance and team scaling.
Prior to Wagestream, Josh played a pivotal role in the scale-up journey at GWI, helping to grow the business from a £100m to £1bn+ valuation and scaling revenue from £10m to £100m+ ARR. As SVP, Head of New Business for EMEA and APAC, he oversaw global SDR functions and led a team of over 100 across multiple regions.

In his new role, Josh reports directly to Henry and acts as a critical member of the leadership team, accountable for all aspects of the sales organisation at Goodstack. He brings over 15 years of experience scaling high-performing global sales teams and driving revenue growth across B2B and B2B2C SaaS organisations, including high-growth, investor-backed environments.
