Semble, a leading innovator in healthcare technology, has announced the appointment of Kate Fletcher as their new Vice President of Marketing. The appointment resulted from a close collaboration between Faraday Partners and Semble, with Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal leading the search process. At Semble, Kate works closely with Christoph Lippuner, Co-Founder and CEO, and Tim Knowles, Chief Revenue Officer, as she oversees Semble’s global marketing strategy.

I’m delighted to have joined Semble at a time when amplifying the impact of healthcare professionals is more important than ever. The process led by Faraday Partners was thorough and extremely supportive. I’m grateful for their guidance in connecting me with this opportunity to drive real change across an industry that touches us all.”
– Kate Fletcher, VP Marketing of Semble.

Kate brings nearly 20 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a proven track record of establishing and scaling marketing functions at early-stage businesses through to acquisition. She joins Semble from Peak (acquired by UiPath), an AI company backed by Praetura Ventures, MMC Ventures, Oxx and SoftBank. At Peak, Kate’s leadership was instrumental in positioning the company for its subsequent acquisition.

Faraday Partners provided an excellent, well-organised process and real support in a key hire with multiple stakeholders. It felt genuinely consultative, offering valuable insight and guidance throughout.”
-Christoph Lippuner, Co-Founder & CEO of Semble.

Prior to Peak, Kate served as VP of Demand Generation at Privitar, a data security company later acquired by Informatica in August 2023. She also played a pivotal role at Fairsail (acquired by Sage), where she established and scaled the marketing function across a 6-year period.

The assignment was led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal at Faraday Partners.
