OneStock, the European leader in unified commerce solutions backed by Summit Partners, has appointed Sergiu Baltoiu as Vice President of Engineering in partnership with Faraday Partners. Thomas Chorliet, Managing Partner and George Button, Principal at Faraday Partners, delivered this project hand in hand with Romulus Grigoras, Co-Founder & CEO, and Benoît Baccot, Co-Founder & CTO of OneStock. In his new role, Sergiu reports directly to Benoît and works closely with Romulus as well as the larger executive team at OneStock.

Sergiu brings over two decades of experience in software engineering and leadership, most recently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Hivebrite and previously at Ledger. His extensive background spans high-performance financial systems, blockchain applications, and enterprise SaaS platforms. At OneStock, Sergiu will lead a dynamic engineering team based in Toulouse, overseeing technical strategy, innovation, and the continued development of OneStock’s robust unified commerce platform.
