The appointment follows a comprehensive global search led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner, and George Button, Principal, at Faraday Partners. In her new role, Marina will report directly to Tony Jamous, CEO & Founder of Oyster and play a critical role in the overall achievement of the Oyster mission and growth plan.

Marina joins Oyster from ClickHouse, where she served as VP, People playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. Before that, she held several leadership positions at Elastic, including Senior Director, HRBP for EMEA & APJ, where she was instrumental in scaling HR operations across diverse geographies. Her career also includes leadership roles at Asurion, Fieldfisher, and Société Générale, demonstrating a track record of driving organisational growth, talent development, and cultural transformation.
