My Money Matters (MMM), a digital-led service of money coaching, financial tools, and tailored financial content as an employee benefit to employers, has recently appointed Dillon Zhou as their first Product Director as a key executive hire in a period of exciting growth. This critical placement is MMM’s first ever product leadership hire. It is also a collaboration between MMM and Faraday Partners with Andrew Banks, Managing Partner of Faraday Partners leading the search and supported by Nicole Stimpson, Analyst.

In his new role, Dillon will report directly to Amar Mistry, CEO of MMM, leading all aspects of product in a critical period of growth as MMM becomes the category leader for financial wellness. He brings a wealth of experience in product leadership, spanning SaaS, fintech, and market infrastructure. Prior to MMM, he served as Head of Product at Xero, where he led the UK Payroll product portfolio, managing a 50-person product and engineering team dedicated to simplifying payroll for small businesses.
Before joining Xero, Dillon spent nearly six years at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he played a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of products for corporate clients, partners, and investors. His tenure included driving research, business development, and product development within LSEG’s Primary Markets team, as well as contributing to the launch of the Shanghai-London Stock Connect initiative.
Earlier in his career, Dillon gained experience in government relations, economic analysis, and change management consulting. He worked as an environmental economist at the Department for Transport, developing quantitative models to forecast energy consumption and emissions for the UK’s heavy goods vehicle fleet. Additionally, he was part of UBS’s Emerging Talent Programme, where he contributed to change management initiatives within the Chief Operating Office.
