Supermetrics, the full-encompassing marketing intelligence platform for agencies and brands backed by Highland Europe, IVP and OpenOcean, has appointed Billy Morris as Chief Financial Officer. This was a partnership between Supermetrics and Faraday Partners led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner, and Jack Mahoney, Principal at the firm.
Following a rigorous global search campaign targeting top-tier financial leadership talent across the SaaS and technology sectors, Billy’s exceptional track record in corporate finance, financial planning, and operational excellence emerged as a defining factor in this strategic hire. In this role, he will be based in Dublin and will report directly to Anssi Rusi, CEO.
Billy brings over 15 years of international experience spanning Europe and the United States, where he has demonstrated advanced financial expertise. His people-centric leadership style, combined with his proficiency in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations, positions him uniquely to support Supermetrics’ ambitious growth trajectory.
Most recently, Billy served as Chief Financial Officer at Genesis Global, a low-code platform innovator in the financial markets sector. At Genesis, he led the company’s financial strategy and operational scaling, contributing to its global market impact. Prior to this, Billy held senior financial leadership roles at Cisco’s ThousandEyes division, Twilio, Ubisoft, and Deloitte, where he honed his expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
