Tom Richardson Appointed VP International at Personio: Scaling HR Solutions Globally
Personio, an all-in-one HR management system, has appointed Tom Richardson as their VP International in partnership with Faraday Partners. Following a global search campaign, Tom Richardson’s experiences as Head of Startup, SMB & Commercial across APAC at Stripe and as MD in Asia Pacific at InVision proved valuable to the opportunities and challenges ahead at Personio as they scale internationally. For this appointment, Tom, who is a British national, will be relocating back to the UK with his family from Sydney, Australia.
Reporting to Geraldine MacCarthy, CRO of Personio (also placed by Nick Fairclough) Tom will be responsible for devising and implementing strategy, scaling the team, while building and optimising process to ultimately achieve market dominance and scale into new markets.
Faraday Partners worked closely with the teams at Northzone, Meritech, Accel and Index Ventures on this key assignment. The process was led by Nick Fairclough, Managing Partner at Faraday Partners.
