London headquartered with a US presence, the business has significant plans for international expansion. Avantia is at a critical stage of growth and evolution and is intent on establishing itself as the world’s leading, next generation, tech-enabled, AI-powered legal services brand.
Working closely with James Sutton, CEO and Founder and as a key member of the leadership team, Paul Gaskell will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to Avantia’s technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Paul has a unique and deeply relevant track-record given his expertise in machine learning and NLP. He has delivered innovative, mission critical, machine learning and big data processing systems and environments ranging from small startups to large, heavily regulated corporations.
Paul will be instrumental as Avantia scales globally and builds value while transforming the legal services industry.
