Spoor, an innovative leader in AI-driven solutions for operational excellence, has appointed Glen Sykes as Chief Product Officer. This pivotal appointment was facilitated by Faraday Partners, with Managing Partner Andrew Banks and Principal Jack Mahoney leading the search. Glen’s technical expertise and strategic leadership across engineering, product management, and customer success were decisive factors in this critical hire. In this role, he will report directly to CEO & Founder Ask Helseth.

Glen brings over 25 years of experience in the IT and audio-visual industries to Spoor, having held senior roles that span engineering, product strategy, and commercial operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cognite, where he led foundational product programs and managed cross-functional teams solving complex data modelling and storage challenges. His earlier roles at Cognite included Senior Director of Engineering, where he spearheaded the development of scalable, high-performance industrial data operations platforms.

At Spoor, Glen will oversee the strategic development and execution of the company’s product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that drive value for customers. His ability to blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics positions him uniquely to lead Spoor AI’s product organisation during this phase of growth.

“Spoor aims to redefine how the renewables sector approaches biodiversity stewardship through AI-driven innovation, and Glen’s breadth of experience and customer-focused approach make him the perfect fit for our vision. We are excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to his leadership in driving our product innovation,” said the Spoor executive leadership team.
