V7, a leading data platform for AI applications, has appointed Florence Broderick as VP Marketing with the support of Faraday Partners.

V7, a pioneering data platform for AI applications, has appointed Florence Broderick as VP Marketing in a process led by Faraday Partners. Following an international search that targeted marketing leadership with product marketing heritage in product-led growth settings across multiple SaaS verticals, Florence’s expertise and leadership in the market and revenue development of CARTO, a Spanish-founded geospatial analytics SaaS leader, proved the differentiator in making this critical appointment.

Florence will be based in London and reporting to Alberto Rizzoli, CEO and Co-Founder at V7. Further refining the GTM proposition and marketing strategy for V7 in a rapidly evolving AI domain where the infrastructure to support generative AI and LLM’s across a broad range of industry verticals will for the basis of the future anticipated growth. Identifying marketing leadership with a track record of developing both a category and product marketing strategy that directly contributed to the overall revenue success of a European-based SaaS company was a critical feature of the search. The context of an increasing concentration of Tier 1 global enterprise customers seeking to de-risk their AI investments combined with a large developer and AI-research community building on V7’s platform creates a unique opportunity ahead.

Commenting on the experience of working with Faraday Partners, Florence said:

“Faraday reached out to me about an exciting marketing leadership role in the AI space and from the first email, it was a pleasure to work with someone as professional and knowledgable. From my experience, many headhunters do not know the businesses they are doing the search for that well – but Faraday really knew the business inside out, both in terms of product and people, which meant they were able to answer many questions in great depth very quickly. Faraday’s communication was outstanding throughout (responsiveness, clarity, consistency) and I really appreciated how they considered the needs of all parties. Faraday are a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend them to other tech / SaaS businesses looking to hire top talent.”

Faraday Partners worked closely with the teams at Radical Ventures and Air Street Partners on this key assignment. The process was led by Andrew Banks, Managing Partner at Faraday Partners.
