Ben, the leading platform for flexible employee benefits, has appointed Nikki Stones as Vice President of Marketing in a strategic partnership with Faraday Partners that conducted an extensive search to identify a candidate with Nikki’s unique blend of experience. Led by Faraday’s Managing Partner Nick Fairclough and Principal Jack Mahoney, this appointment underscores Ben’s commitment to scaling its brand and delivering a world-class benefits solution to companies around the world.
A purpose-driven leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, Nikki brings a wealth of experience across both startup and enterprise environments. She joins Ben from CleanHub, where as VP of Marketing, she guided the company’s brand and demand generation strategies, driving growth while tackling the critical global challenge of plastic waste. At CleanHub, Nikki established the company as a leader in sustainability space.
Her experience includes a tenure as VP Demand Generation at Privitar (acquired by Informatica), where she built the marketing function from the ground up, and scaled the company internationally from seed stage to Series C.Previously, Nikki served as Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Schlumberger Business Consulting (later acquired by Accenture), where she managed global marketing initiatives and directed integration efforts post-acquisition. She has also held senior marketing roles at KPMG UK, where she developed strategies for the Energy & Natural Resources sectors, and contributed to KPMG’s broader business marketing goals across key industries.
