Chance, a leading innovator in the digital wellness and personal growth sector, has appointed Carole Zibi as Vice President of Marketing. Following an extensive global search for a leader with a proven track record in storytelling, brand transformation, and strategic planning, Carole’s comprehensive expertise across various traditional and tech industries set her apart as the ideal candidate for this pivotal role.

Carole Zibi brings to Chance over two decades of diverse experience in marketing and leadership roles at prominent companies, including LinkedIn, Condé Nast, and Yahoo. Her career is marked by a relentless focus on consumer experience, continuous learning, and innovation. Carole’s ability to drive hyper-growth through bold ideas and agile strategies has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.

Prior to Chance, Carole spent nearly a decade at LinkedIn, where she held various senior roles including Marketing Director for EMEA and LATAM, Head of Strategic Marketing for EMEA, and Co-Country Leader for France. At LinkedIn, she was instrumental in shaping the brand’s product marketing and content strategy, emphasising digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work. Earlier career highlights included key positions such as Managing Director for Condé Nast Digital in France, where she oversaw the digital presence of Vogue, Glamour, and GQ, and Director of Marketing and Sales Strategy at Yahoo. Carole began her career at The Walt Disney Company. 

Carole’s appointment at Chance comes at a transformative time for the company as it seeks to expand its reach and deepen its impact in the wellness industry. Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder, Ludovic de Gromard, Carole will spearhead Chance’s marketing initiatives, leveraging her extensive background in storytelling, content creation, and strategic planning to elevate the brand and drive growth.
