The B Corp certification scrutinizes all aspects of a company’s operations, focusing on key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers. Monta successfully completed the rigorous certification process, surpassing the benchmark score of 80. The evaluation covered socially and environmentally responsible practices related to energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity, and corporate transparency. As part of the certification, Monta will legally embed its commitment to purpose beyond profit in its company articles.
