Role Overview

Joining Faraday is an opportunity to work with a new model of talent advisory business. As part of a growing, diverse and international team, you will partner with and advise early stage Founders, helping them to scale their ideas into the next generation of category leaders.                     

Key REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate with a degree at 2.1 or above from a top 20 UK or international university
  • Professional experience in consulting, change management, human capital, executive search or operational experience in an executive position at a high-growth/innovative company
  • Business maturity and a confident manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong work ethic and agile problem solver
  • Self-disciplined, ambitious and driven. Tenacious and naturally curious and inquisitive
  • Extremely detail oriented and organised, analytical, data-driven and able to manage multiple projects
  • Creative and resourceful nature with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator with an ability to easily establish trust
  • Deeply collaborative with a commitment to excellence in everything you do 
  • Team-oriented with a growth mindset
Key RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver on the research objectives set by the Partner (or other) promptly 
  • Support the Partner contributing to the search strategy – assist with planning and drive execution of the process
  • Conduct detailed, granular, qualitative research into various companies, sectors and industries to identify and map the key organisations and executives in a given ecosystem
  • Build out detailed talent networks in functions/industries
  • Deliver best practices of a search process and the integrated offering of advising and supporting early-stage companies
  • Consistently manage multiple projects and assignments with a proven ability at working to deadlines 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the most innovative growth companies and their business leaders 
  • Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all relevant data and information
  • Mentor and help develop other team members 
  • Develop industry and/or functional expertise by staying current on news and trends
